The Media Autobiography
Our first project. The first 10 percent of our final mark. Our first chance to make a good impression.
The Media Autobiography was an interesting project, which seemed valuable to the course and to our own sense of media because it allowed us to convey our own sense of media. For this project, i decided to make a magazine/newspaper article about some of my favorite forms of media: gadgets. This allowed me to go all out and explain in my opinion why i think certain gadgets and technologies are what are shaping the future for all of society. This project was worth taking my time on because i learned a lot more about the products, as well as how to somewhat assemble my own article. in terms of the writing portion, it was kind of hard writing for someone without having a bit of feedback or practice writing before doing a major assignment. On the other hand, i guess that is why we are in university, to learn how to do things for ourselves and to form our own opinions and ways of writing. I feel like i left enough time to work on this project significantly, and it did take me longer than most of my high school projects did, so it was a great introduction project for university!
All my information for the project was gathered from these great sources for technology.
